Our office is at 228 Aviation Drive in South Burlington, close to the BTV terminal. Arrange a chauffeured transfer to your hotel, a business meeting or a Vermont mountain destination, with pickup planned around your flight.
Commercial terminals and private FBOs
We serve both commercial terminals and private aviation FBOs at Burlington Airport, for pickups and drop-offs. Select your meeting point when booking. For a private flight, enter the FBO name and, if known, your aircraft tail number and estimated arrival; a commercial flight number is not required.
How a BTV pickup works
Send your flight number when you book. Your chauffeur monitors the flight and helps with your luggage. Confirm your arrival terminal and meeting point with reservations before travel, particularly if members of your group arrive on different flights.
Departures without the parking lot
Tell us your departure time, pickup address and luggage needs so we can plan the drive and check-in allowance. For early departures from Burlington, Shelburne or Stowe, request your transfer in advance.
Beyond BTV
When the better fare is out of Montreal (YUL), Boston (BOS) or Albany (ALB), we run long-distance chauffeured transfers to those airports as well. Bring your passport for Montreal.

Can a group arriving together ride in one vehicle?
The Mercedes Sprinter Executive seats 10 to 12; the Sprinter Shuttle and Ford Transit seat up to 14. Tell reservations your passenger and bag counts so vehicle capacity can be confirmed.
Is a web booking confirmed immediately?
No. A web request is confirmed once reservations confirms the vehicle and rate with you.
